Hyperbid SDK provides developers with services such as adjusting advertising monetization strategies and data analysis . When you use Hyperbid During the services provided by SDK, we will collect information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity.

  1. HyperbidSDK Features

(1) Basic functions: The basic business function of Hyperbid SDK is to provide developers with services for adjusting advertising monetization strategies and data analysis.

(2) Extended Functionality: The Hyperbid SDK does not currently provide other extended business functionality. If other extended business functionality is provided in the future, it will be described in this Privacy Policy and the developer docking documentation will be used to provide developers with configuration methods and examples for the extended functionality.

Depending on the SDK version integrated by the developer, the functions of this service and the processing of personal data vary. When you use a developer application that integrates this service, it is recommended that you carefully read and understand the privacy policy provided by the developer so that you can make an appropriate choice.

We may share and analyze de-identified or anonymized device information, statistical information or tag information with partners who entrust us to conduct promotion and advertising and other partners such as advertisers, agencies, advertising monitoring service providers, etc. (collectively referred to as "advertising partners"), which is difficult or impossible to associate with your real identity. This information will help us analyze, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of advertising and related services and improve the effective reach of advertising.

V. User Rights and How Users Manage personal data

We attach great importance to your rights to manage personal data, including the rights to review, copy, correct, supplement, delete, and withdraw authorization and consent. We will do our best to help you manage your personal data so that you can protect your privacy and information security.

As an end user, please be aware that since you are not our direct user and do not have a direct interactive dialogue interface with us, in order to protect your rights, we have required developers who integrate our services to promise to provide you with easy-to-operate methods to implement user rights. Please be aware and understand that since developers independently develop and operate their applications and interact directly with you, we cannot control or fully understand the interactive interface design in the developer's application and its response to personal data rights.

As a developer who provides application services directly to end users , When providing services to end users after SDK: Developers should provide and clarify the path for end users to manage their personal data based on the functional settings provided by the developer platform used, and respond to end users' requests for personal data management in a timely manner.

During the process of developers integrating and using this service, if the end user makes a request to manage their personal data, and the developer has determined that such request involves personal data processed by this SDK product and requires our assistance in processing, the developer should contact us in a timely manner through the contact information in this privacy policy and attach the necessary written evidence of the end user's request. We will verify the relevant materials in a timely manner and provide corresponding support and cooperation for developers to respond to the end user's exercise request in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and this privacy policy.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights (subject to a few exceptions provided for in the GDPR): (i) to access, modify or delete your personal data; (ii) to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data; and (iii) to request an electronic copy of your personal data to another person or third party. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority in the European Economic Area regarding the processing of your personal data.

 

If you are a resident of California, U.S., effective January 1, 2020, you have the following rights:

(i) exercise relevant consumer rights, such as requesting to know, disclose, access and delete the data collected over the past 12 months by sending an email to privacy@hyperbid.com; and (ii) requesting to stop the sale of your data .

If you are a resident of Virginia, United States (effective January 1, 2023), or if you are a resident of Colorado or Connecticut, United States (effective July 1, 2023), you may exercise the following personal data rights with respect to us:

confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that personal data;

Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;

Delete your personal data;

obtain a copy of the personal data you have provided to us; and

Request that we object to processing your personal data for the following purposes: (i) personalized advertising, (ii) sale of your personal data, or (iii) profiling that has a significant legal or similar impact on you.

As provided in the VCDPA, CPA, and CDPA, you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising the above rights.

You can (i) exercise your personal data rights above by sending a written request to privacy@hyperbid.com ; and (ii) click this link to request to prohibit personalized advertising, prohibit the sale of your personal data, and prohibit user profiling that has a significant legal or similar impact on you. If you fail to provide effective information for us to provide effective feedback when exercising the above rights, we may refuse to exercise your rights. If you disagree, you can further send a written complaint to privacy@hyperbid.com .

 

If you are a resident of Utah, United States, effective December 31, 2023, you may exercise the following personal data rights with respect to us:

confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that personal data;

Delete your personal data;

obtain a copy of the personal data you have provided to us; and

Request that we object to processing your personal data for (i) personalized advertising, or (ii) selling your personal data.

As provided by the UCPA, you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising the rights listed above.

 

(II) Suspension of operations

If we cease operating Hyperbid We will promptly stop collecting your personal data about the SDK services. We will send a notice to the developer and ask the developer to send you a notice of cessation of operations through an announcement or other appropriate means, and delete the personal data we hold related to the discontinued products or services.

Your iOS mobile device may offer a "Do Not Ad Tracking" setting. On Android devices, your settings may allow you to "opt out of receiving interest-based ads." If you enable this setting on your device, Hyperbid will not use application information collected from your device to infer your interests or serve ads to targeted devices based on inferred interests.

Your mobile web browser may also offer a “Do Not Track” browser setting. If your browser has this setting enabled, Hyperbid will not use mobile web browser information collected from your browser to infer your interests or to serve ads to targeted devices based on your inferred interests. VI . How do we protect personal data security?

We attach great importance to the security of user information and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and management aspects) to protect your information and prevent the information you provide from being improperly used or accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost or leaked without authorization.
